The ČSOB SmartBanking App is designed specifically for clients of ČSOB who have an active electronic banking service.

To access the secure features of the app, you will need to enter your IPPID identification number and PIN (the same as your Internetbanking PIN). Once entered, the bank will send you an activation key to your registered mobile number, or you can generate it using the Token. This activation key is only needed for the initial activation of the app, which also serves as the first login.

For subsequent logins, only your PIN will be required. You have the option to change your PIN at any time through My ČSOB internet banking. We recommend changing your PIN immediately after activating electronic banking services.

If needed, you can deactivate the app or modify certain settings in the Settings menu.

The public features of the app can be accessed without logging in, making it available to both ČSOB clients and non-clients.

The app is available in Slovak, English, and Hungarian.
